How Are Sebaceous Hyperplasia Treatments With Accure Acne Performed?
After confirming that you have sebaceous hyperplasia and are an excellent candidate for Accure Acne treatments, a VivaSkin team member will lead you to a private treatment room. Then, we will clean your face or treatment area and apply a topical anesthetic to ensure that you stay comfortable while the light energy of Accure works to suppress the sebaceous glands. Accure Acne treatments typically last between 20 – 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. You may feel a slight snapping sensation during the session, but no downtime is required following the treatment. A typical treatment plan includes four sessions spaced approximately one month apart, but your number of treatments may vary.
