Filler can be a transformative cosmetic procedure that enhances the natural contours of the face, resulting in a more refreshed and defined appearance, even for those without wrinkles. This patient had 4 separate filler sessions to restore volume loss in the mid cheeks and tear troughs and to contour her face. This subtle change gave her a more harmonious balance. Although she didn’t have wrinkles, she received botulinum toxin injections between the eyebrows and around the eyelids to widen her eyes. As botulinum toxin relaxes the muscles that bring the eyebrows down and contract around the eyes, her eyes look wider and more awaken. After procedures, she noted that she felt more comfortable in her own skin not needing much make up.
