This patient was not sure what she exactly wanted to be done, but she wanted to look better in a natural way. She never had a filler injection before, and she wanted to avoid overdone look. She had overall good quality skin, but she had volume loss on the lateral cheeks and lower cheeks which created heaviness on her lower face. She had good volume retention of the mid cheeks, but the mid cheek fads sagged slightly which created a roll sitting on the nasolabial folds. Juvederm Voluma was injected in the cheeks to create a natural looking lift. Softer Juvederm was injected around her mouth, especially focusing on correction her jowls. Botox was injected on the chin area, which further relaxed the drooping of the corners of the mouth. The treatment achieved the lower facial shape that looks more balanced with a smaller and pointier lower face along with smoother cheeks. Her nasolabial folds and jowls responded very well, and the shadow created by these became less. Although filler was not directly injected along the jawlines, her jawlines and the area under the chin look tightened.
